Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary operational or security notifications.

LaunchPad is not intended for individuals who lack the legal capacity or required authority to enter into the relevant Platform arrangements.

Where participation by a minor is permitted under applicable law and Platform rules, appropriate parental or legal guardian consent may be required.

ONEORVE may restrict or close accounts where age or authorisation requirements are not satisfied.
